Hello from Instagram! I’m Friday.

Hi, I’m Friday – glad you made it over from Instagram!

When I get asked for my secret to my highly-productive garden. My short answer is: “Data and worm poo”.

I’ve been gardening for over 20 years. Eric, my husband, helps me with some of the heavy lifting and data engineering.

Together, we build software for gardeners. Our first project, the Garden Outlook Report, looks at your plants and your weather together. Then we determine if it is going to be too hot or too cold – and what to do about it based in my 20 years of experience. It also looks at the rain forecast and tells you if you need to water.

We’ve been quietly testing Garden Outlook with a small group of gardeners, refining the interfaces and using the feedback our group has given us to enhance it smartly. It’s now ready for a larger launch -with the right partner.
